What This Extension Does

M365 Model Selector automatically clicks the model selector dropdown on m365.cloud.microsoft/chat to select "GPT 5.5 Think Deeper". That's it.

What We Collect

Nothing. This extension does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, browsing history, credentials, chat contents, or any other information. It runs entirely within your browser and communicates with no external servers.

Permissions

The extension requires two permissions:

• storage — Used solely to remember your on/off toggle preference locally in your browser.
• host_permissions for m365.cloud.microsoft — Required so the extension can interact with the model selector UI on that specific domain only.

Data Sharing

Since we collect nothing, we share nothing. No analytics, no tracking, no third parties.

Open Source

All code is publicly available at github.com/evangit2/m365-model-selector. You can inspect every line.
